In the Summer months this home rents from Saturday to Saturday.
This home can accommodate up to 12 adults or a group of 14 with children. Children must be under the age of 12.
Welcome to this beautiful home in the tranquil north end of Sunriver. This beautifully decorated and well-maintained Cypress Lane home is waiting for your arrival! With newly updated brand-new flooring throughout, this is not your typical rental home! The home is set on 1/3 acre in the north end of the Sunriver Resort with easy access to Highway 97. Access to the 33 miles of biking/jogging/walking pathways is right across the street and the Woodlands golf course, tennis courts, and North Pool area are an easy half mile walk on the paths. (Note: North Pool is currently limited only to Sunriver Owners, passes are not valid for the North Pool.)

- High-end patio set with a large oval table providing seating for up to 6 people and a matching chaise lounge

- Championship Ping Pong table in the garage
- Full-size Foosball table in convertible game room
- Large bookshelf in game room with hundreds of children’s books (mostly toddler to middle school ages) with a few adult books as well.
- The home also offers a Pack N Play, High Chair, Jogging Stroller and plastic kids cups, plates and utensils.
- All towels and linens are provided
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Master suite (downstairs) features a king bed and has private access to the outdoor spa, HD TV, DVD and VCR. It also has a full-size futon. The attached bathroom has a private Jacuzzi tub and stall shower.
- 2nd master suite (upstairs) has a king bed with new comfy mattress, private bath, TV and DVD, private deck and access to the outdoor spa.
- Upstairs queen room is a spacious and bright room with huge closets and shared bath.
- Upstairs queen/twin room is a spacious room with a queen size, high-end memory foam mattress and also a twin bed. This room will sleep 3 in comfort.
- Upstairs convertible game room - By day it is a child’s delight with games, a bookcase with hundreds of books, Foosball, TV, and DVD. By night, the day bed is a twin bed and the futon folds down to become a queen size bed with a new premium innerspring mattress. This room shares a bath with the Queen/Twin Room.
- 2 floor futons are also provided that are suitable for children.
You will find upscale furniture, new bedding, new electronics, original art, high-grade towels and linens and many designer touches that make this home unique. Due to Covid-19 restrictions SHARC is closed through Spring 2021 but is expected to open for Summer at reduced capacity or with a reservation system pending Deschutes County COVID protocol and Gov. Brown's direction. This continues to be an evolving situation and may change in the future, which can include the suspension of SHARC passes as occurred in 2020. We hope for the best and normal SHARC operations for Summer 2021.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING. This is strictly enforced.
