COVID-19 Policy Updates
Currently our county is not under any restrictions and we are not offering any special terms related to COVID-19.
Your reservation may be canceled within 48 hours of booking with a full refund. After this period, all normal terms regarding cancelation and refunds will apply. We offer “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance and we ask guests to consider purchasing insurance in these uncertain times.

Once your reservation is confirmed no refunds can be provided for Covid-19 related concerns. In our sole discretion we may decide to offer refunds, credits or other compensation to guests outside of our contract terms for any reason. If you decide to purchase travel insurance with your reservation, you are required to submit your claim and provide the final notice of settlement or denial to us prior to any consideration of goodwill extension (refunds or credits) beyond the terms of our contract. Any goodwill terms offered to guests are based on the guests individual situation and are not blanket exceptions to our contracts.

What we are doing to protect you
Our team is committed to providing clean and safe homes for our guests and owners each and every stay. We have purchased fogging and spraying equipment as well as a disinfectant product that is certified as “green” for disinfecting the homes. This will enable us to disinfect soft surfaces such as couches, bed coverings and rugs. In addition, we continue to ask all of our housekeepers to follow the CDC guidelines along with the specific recommendations given by one of our trade affiliations “The Housekeepers of America” for cleaning and disinfecting the homes to protect our guests to the best of our ability. These guidelines state that all frequently touched surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected with an approved product for killing Coronaviruses. This includes all door knobs, light switches, TV remotes, bathroom faucets and toilets, kitchen appliances and all other frequently touched surfaces. We will also wash all towels and linens in hot water with disinfecting laundry soap.
