Description

This beautifully remodeled home offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Morro Rock from the wall-to-wall windows in the common living area. It is located in the north end of Morro Bay in the desirable beach tract area. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home abounds with high-end appliances and all the amenities you could wish for including multiple outdoor space with a front patio that will accommodate the whole group and an enclosed backyard!  The backyard is a great place for the kids to play and the adults will appreciate it too when the occasional afternoon winds kick up. Prior to the remodel completed in 2024, this home was a vacation rental that had all 5-star reviews!


IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:
  • Occupancy: This home will sleep a maximum of 7 people. Sleeping for up 6 ADULTS and 1 CHILD under the age of 12. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.
  • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
    However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
  • Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
  • The holiday and minimum night stay policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.
HOME FEATURES:
  • This home offers a large common area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen, allow your whole group to hang out together. 
  • The separate living area has comfortable seating and a work desk if someone needs a little peace and quiet to read or work.
  • The master bedroom features a Cal king bed, work desk, backyard access via sliding glass door and an attached bath which has a step-in shower and private toilet room.
  • The second bedroom features a queen bed with attached bath with a step-in shower.
  • The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom, shared with the second living area. This bathroom has a combo tub/shower. 
  • The sizeable enclosed backyard has a turf lawn and plenty of space for the whole group. 
  • There is an outdoor shower in the backyard. Please use after the beach to limit tracking sand from outside. 
  • The front patio offers plenty of seating, a fire pit, and a propane grill. 
  • There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as a second refrigerator. 
  • There is space enough to allow for 2 cars in the driveway

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE TAKE SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR
Primary Renter must be age 21 years of age or older, per city ordinance 
Summer rentals must arrive and depart on Saturday. 

Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit.
