Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: This home will sleep a maximum of 7 adults and one baby under 3 years old. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

  There are restaurants, groceries, coffee shops and more all within a few blocks walk in the Baywood area of Los Osos. You are just a 5 minute drive from downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero and a few minutes more to the Morro Bay State Beach. This is a great spot to enjoy all the central coast has to offer including Farmer’s Market in San Luis Obispo, the Hearst Castle and the elephant seals at San Simeon.
