The moment you step in to this elegantly furnished home, you will know that you made the right choice for your vacation rental in Morro Bay. This home was built in 2004 and has a great floor plan that offers privacy and separateness, but when your group wants to all come together, there is ample room for that too! The location is perfect – you have some views of the bay; it is just a 5 minute walk to the Embarcadero and less than 10 minute walk to downtown; Tidelands Park is just down the steps across the street. But what will impress you the most is the wonderful original art throughout the home, the high-end kitchen appliances and the beautiful, yet comfortable furnishings. This home exudes luxury in every room.

The home is built on multiple levels. As you enter through the front door, there is a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating on one side of the entry and the reading room/4th bedroom on the other side. Both look out on a nicely landscaped entry yard. As you proceed toward the back of the home you will step down to the main level of the home where the kitchen and dining room are. From this level there are French doors leading out to the beautifully landscaped courtyard that is completely enclosed, providing protection from the cool ocean breezes. Here you will find a high-end barbeque and patio table and chairs, making it a great place to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine or even dine al fresco. From the kitchen/dining area, you step down to the family room with a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a very comfortable sectional sofa. The den is completely open to the dining room and kitchen, making it easy for your whole group to visit and hang out together. This home offers cable TV and wireless internet.

Off the main level of the home there are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor. At the top of the stairs, there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bathroom and the laundry room with large washer and dryer. One of the queen bedrooms has to a private balcony. The master bedroom and private bathroom are located down a few steps and at the end of a long hall, offering lots of privacy. The master bedroom suite has its own private balcony and a very spacious bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks.

You will have use of the double car garage that is at the lower level of the house off the family room. All linens, bedding and towels are provided as well as house supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bath soap and more. The kitchen has a coffee maker with filters provided, basic spices and seasonings and any cooking utensils and pans you could possibly need. All you need to bring is your clothes and your vacation attitude!
