My husband and I were looking for a getaway to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. We wanted a place to relax and enjoy each others company but we also wanted to include our two young boys in our holiday plans so we needed accommodation that would suit both purposes. We discovered Morro Bay and thought it would be the perfect place for our dual needs! We selected a three bedroom beach view home and contacted the rental agent. Right from first contact we knew that we would be booking from this company (beachn bay getaways). The house that I initially inquired about was not available but Maggie (the rental agent) made a suggestion for a home that might better suit our needs and provided us with prompt replies to my questions and ample information to make our decision. When we arrived at the home we were pleasantly surprised to see that the home exceeded our expectations. Access to the home was made easy with a keyless entry and once inside the home was large and immaculately clean. The linens and towels were all fresh (some still in new packaging!) and the kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens Ive come across in a rental home. They included not only the dishes and usual kitchen gadgets, but coffee and oil & vinegar and spices and many of the items that I dont enjoy packing or buying while on holiday. The huge roof top patio was a big hit with my family for sunset watching when we were a little too tired for the less then five minute walk to the beach. We immediately fell in love with Morrow Bay! The small ocean side community offered an abundance of activities that we all enjoyed. Not being from California we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the state parks were completely free and outstanding! We really enjoyed the Montana de Oro State Park in particular! The boys loved the massive sand dunes, and tide pools! We found a great coffee shop that sold locally made salt water taffy which we ate in abundance! We visited the local aquarium and fed the seals and we also took a harbour tour to see some marine life in its natural habitat. All of Morro Bays neighbouring communities had wonderful attractions as well, we loved the pier at Avila Beach, downtown San Luis Obispo (the boys made their contribution to the famous bubblegum alley) and Hearst Castle is a MUST! The boys enjoyed renting a dune buggy one afternoon in Pismo, we saw the butterflies there as well. One of the highlights of the trip for me was seeing the elephant seals during mating season at San Simeon. Ive never seen anything like it! On a recommendation from a friend we drove the costal hi-way to Monterey to see the sights along the way and go to the aquarium. This day trip was outstanding and I highly recommend it (the purple sand at Julia Pfeiffer state beach was unbelievable), but with two young boys it was a little too much to do in one day, if (when) we come back I think we would make it an overnight adventure. In all we stayed at this property in Morrow Bay for 8 days. I would recommend this trip to anyone! The house was fantastic and the area has so much to offer. We had one of the best trips of our lives here! If you care to view photos from our holiday click the link! http://www.blogsimplephoto.com/?p=3355View Property: 63388

We couldnt have been more delighted with our stay at Piney Cove. The house was in impeccable shape and was very clean. The furniture and decor sets this home far above most vacation rentals and the house comes equipped very nicely with all the amenities. The view from the kitchen and living room of the ocean and morro rock is fantastic and we had a blast barbequing on the deck. The huge garage hosts a ping pong and air hockey table which was great fun. The master bed and bath is exceptional in this home. Nick and Maggie are fantastic to work with and do an excellent job managing this property, far above other vacation rental agencies. They are highly attentive but you wont even have to call them because the home will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Piney Cove, this home is worth every penny. The home is on a corner lot with a view of the ocean. The interiors are of the highest quailty! It truly was the perfect beach house. But as we all know, people are what make the visit go well. Maggie Juren, the property manager took excellent care of us from beginning to end! I highly recommend Maggie of Beach-N-Bay Getaways and this beautiful home.View Property: 35086

We recently stayed in a vacation home that is managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways and had a great experience with both the booking process and the home itself. The people at Beach-N-Bay were very easy and accommodating to work with and their website allowed us to book directly on line using a secure transaction, which we preferred over the typical email back-and-forth process with the typical small company. The house itself was exactly as described on the website, in fact, the view was even better than we expected. We found it very clean and well-stocked and if seemed that all a guests needs had been anticipated. We had a great vacation the Morro Bay area is beautiful and offers plenty of activities (hiking, beach-walking, Hearst Castle, visiting the Elephant Seals which our kids loved, and tasting some GREAT wines in Paso Robles). I would highly recommend this property management company to others planning a vacation in this area.View Property: 57899

I stayed in this house with my family, my parents, and my brothers family in early August of 2006. It is a beautiful house. Unlike many rentals that are decorated with a mishmash of garage sale scores and Salvation Army reject furniture, this place actually feels like home. The furniture is contemporary and quite comfortable. The view from the house is beautiful. When youre not looking at the million-dollar view, they have a massive big-screen TV. Unlike many rentals Ive tried, this house has a properly-equipped kitchen, and all the appliances are up-to-date. We have gotten used to bringing all manner of extra kitchen equipment to the rental houses weve tried in the past, but it was unnecessary in this case. There is also a nice gas grill on one of the decks, which does a great job, so long as you keep the wind from blowing out the burners. The beds are comfortable and the house can sleep 8 people comfortably. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being best, I would give this house a 9. Its a great place to have a holiday.

Our family of 6 (mom, dad and 4 kids) just spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this fabulous house. It has every amenity you could want and is a great alternative to a hotel. The setting is postcard perfect. This is more like your own house than a rental property. We are already cooking up a reason to visit the area and rent from the Beach-N-Bay again. There were no surprises and everything was just as they advertised. They are obviously committed to your pleasure with their rentals. Broadband wireless internet was nice. The kids thought the whole experience was great.

I would recommend staying in this home to anyone. The property manager is extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home is super clean, very roomy, light filled and so comfortable. Our family had time to reconnect and enjoy our time together without distractions. There are too many amenities and comforts to mention. Youll just have to try it.View Property: 27655
