This home is located at 1161 Pasadena in Baywood Park/Los Osos. If coming up Highway 101 from the south, take the Los Osos Valley Road exit (#200A) and turn left on to LOVR. Go 9.8 miles and turn right on South Bay Blvd. Go 1.4 miles and turn left on Santa Ysabel Avenue.
If coming from the north on Highway 1, take the Los Osos/Baywood Park exit and turn right on South Bay Boulevard. Go 2.5 miles and turn right onto Santa Ysabel Avenue. Go 1.1 miles and turn right onto Pasadena Drive. It will be the 3rd home on your left.


The house key will be in a lockbox at the property. The lockbox is mounted on the left frame of the garage. There is also a keypad for entry into the garage in this same location. The code for that is the same code as the lockbox.


Step One: Pull the black covering off (it is hinged on the bottom). Clear the lock by sliding down the LOWER BLACK SLIDE in the center of the lock.

Step Two: Enter the code provided above.

Step Three: Open the lock by turning the knob at the top of the lock clockwise and pulling the top part down

Step Four: The keys will be in behind the plastic divider.

NOTE: If you make a mistake you must clear the lock (Step 2)

TO LOCK : Close the lock and turn the knob at the top counterclockwise. Please put the black cover back in place to prevent corrosion of the lock.


Enter the code (same as the Lockbox code provided above) and hit Enter. To close the garage door using the keypad, press the Enter button.


Home Binder : There is a binder of useful household information located in the home. Please review for information regarding the location of various items, house rules, checkout instructions and other house information. Local restaurant and area attractions information is also provided plus there is a basket of brochures and advertisements for tourist and local information.

Occupancy of home : This is a wonderful, well-maintained vacation home and we have been directed by the owners to ensure that it stays that way! The maximum number of people permitted to stay overnight at the property is the number shown on your reservation confirmation. The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any one time is 12. Large gatherings are not allowed and this home shall not be used in combination with other vacation accommodations. This means that if you have friends or family renting other homes or residing in the area, this home is not to be used as the gathering place for the larger group. PLEASE ABIDE BY THIS RULE! If an excessive number of people are found at the property, it will be grounds for eviction with no reimbursement. This will be strictly enforced!

Garage Door Opener : A garage door opener is provided to guests so that you can use the garage during your stay. It will be located next to the Home Binder.

Bedroom configuration : There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom contains 1 queen bed. The second bedroom has a king bedroom and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The downstairs den has a queen-sized fold out bed in the couch. All linens are provided.

Internet : Wireless internet is provided. Instructions for usage is included in the Home Binder.

FIREPLACES : The home has 2 fireplaces - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. They both can be turned on by a remote control.

TVs/DVDs/STEREO/CD PLAYERS : This home has 2 TVs, 1 DVD player and a stereo system with built-in speakers throughout the house. Instructions for operation are in the Home Binder.

Towels and Sheets : All bath towels and bed linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUR BATH TOWELS OR SHEETS TO THE BEACH.

Gas Grill : The property has a gas grill on lower level of the house.

Supplies : We provide coffee filters, plastic storage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, dishwashing soap, laundry soap and other such supplies for your convenience. If you should use the last of any of these items, we would appreciate it if you would replace it for the next guests. We cannot guarantee the availability of these items.

Cleaning : Basic cleaning services are provided upon checkout for the fee collected. You are expected to leave the home in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Please review the Checkout List and complete all items on the list prior to your departure. If the home is excessively dirty or upset upon checkout, you will be assessed an additional charge for extra cleaning.
