Tucked into a small, quiet condo complex right on the waterfront, this upper-level vacation rental gives you front-row seats to one of California’s most charming coastal towns. Step outside your door and you’ll find a world of salty sea air, fresh seafood, boutique shopping, wine tasting rooms, and local art galleries all within a few minutes’ walk.

But the real magic happens when you come back “home.” Inside the condo, it’s peaceful, stylish, and oh-so-cozy. The bay stretches out before you, framed perfectly from your private deck. Watch as sailboats drift by, kayakers explore hidden corners of the bay, and shorebirds glide across the sky. And yes, the occasional bark of a playful seal might be the only sound that reminds you you’re not dreaming.

This unit is on the upper level of the building and you have a shared garage to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street).  From the patio, you will have amazing views as you grill up dinner on the Weber barbeque grill and watch the sunset.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
Lock all doors and windows
Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

Peaceful family getaway! Gorgeous views of the harbor and Morro Rock. Quiet, private and walkable in town with restaurants and little shops to check out. Loved the fireplaces and big shower. The condo was very clean - minimalist inside, and everything we could need. Instructions were clear and host was available and very responsive. We would love to return someday!

Great property perfectly located to waterfront and all the great shops. We loved our stay in Morro Bay. The property was perfect for dropping off our son at Cal Poly. It is 20 minutes to SLO, close enough to run all the errands but far enough away to get out of the craziness of freshman move in. The garage is a plus for securing your vehicle. We will definitely be back.
