Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a relaxing getaway with your pup, or a peaceful solo trip, this Embarcadero gem gives you the best of Morro Bay: walkable, watchable, and wonderfully unforgettable.

Step outside and stroll to your morning espresso or fresh seafood dinner. Step back inside, and you’re instantly wrapped in serenity. Watch the bay sparkle from your private patio, listen to the seals call across the water, and breathe in the salty sea air while kayakers and sailboats drift by. It’s equal parts lively and laid-back, exactly how a beach vacation should feel. This unit is on the bottom level of the building and is completely ADA compliant and dog friendly.

Condo Features:
• Bayfront patio with barbeque grill and amazing views of the bay and harbor, the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
• Furnished with high quality, comfortable beds and furniture.  
• Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal
• Living room and bedroom are heated with energy-efficient gas fireplaces built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort.  
• The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.
• Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed.  
• Full bathroom has a large roll in shower with a bench seat.  
• There is also a half bathroom
• Private garage for 1 vehicle to park (please note garage clearance of 6’5", not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street).

Managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, this condo is sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a carefree coastal escape.

No Smoking. Dogs allowed and must comply with pet policy, 1 Dog under 40lbs allowed in this unit. Daily pet fees apply.
Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted.

This unit is just one of three nearly identical condos in the building. Same great views, same thoughtful design, so if your dates are taken, we've got you covered with another option!

Please note: While this unit is ADA accessible, the shared guest laundry facility is located on the second floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
Lock all doors and windows
Return any provided keys as instructed
If your reservation includes a pet:
Clean up all pet messes, including waste in the yard or outdoor areas
Properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor trash bins
If pet waste is not cleaned up, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged

Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

The outdoor patio area is very nice for sitting and watching the wildlife and people who stroll by. The large windows are good for bay viewing on colder days and nights. The location of the condo is within walking distance of several eateries and shops.
