• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.

It just doesn’t get better than this!  This home is located on the northern bluffs of Cayucos with sweeping views that span from the Cayucos pier to Morro Rock to Montana de Oro.  The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. The floor plan of the home optimizes the amazing views while providing lots of separation and privacy in the bedrooms.  You will enjoy hours of relaxation on the private deck that ends at the ocean cliffs.  Due to the potential danger of the cliffs, we do not recommend this home for groups with small children or impaired members.

Some of the many features that you will enjoy while staying here are:
• Large wind-protected deck on ocean side of home that enjoys amazing views. There is a patio table and chairs and BBQ grill so plan on dining al fresco during your stay.
• Small lawn area off the deck allowing you to get a closer view of the ocean. Please Note: Guests are only authorized to use the lawn area directly off the deck. Other sections of lawn are private property of the adjacent neighbors.
• Kitchen, dining room, living room create a large open area for your group to gather with a large screen TV, fireplace and amazing views.
• Well-stocked kitchen with basic spices provided.
• Dining table that seats 6.
• The master bedroom located at the opposite end of the common living area from the other two bedrooms, providing a private escape with a king-size bed, table and chairs, TV and unlimited views with direct access to the deck. The private bathroom has a step-in shower and large tub.
• Spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a writing desk and a TV.
• The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV and shares the hall bathroom with the second bedroom.  

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks:
In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed

Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

This home is just as pictured on the website. The views are beautiful from the the patio. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house book gave you all of the information needed. The small town location was nice with no traffic to go sight seeing in Cambria or Morro Bay.

Amazing Time! Enough room for all the adults in my party. Quite possibly the best view in Cayucos. Shouldnt leave this review since Im sure it will lead to more people booking and a more difficult time for myself booking again (which I most assuredly will do).
