Please Note: This home will sleep a maximum of 10 people.  We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

Upon arrival at this oceanfront property, you'll notice the parallels to a private resort once you've had a chance to take it all in! This home sits in a highly desired neighborhood of Morro Bay, on a large lot with Amazing views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. You will have use of the beautifully decorated and updated main house, plus 2 separate guest suites! It is ideal for multiple family get-togethers, providing plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the large common areas of the main house and courtyard, while affording the different groups their due privacy when they retreat to their respective suites.

You will feel as if you've been whisked away to a 5-star resort as this home provides everything you'll need to have a posh vacation and more! Enjoy all these amenities while gazing out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean!

-Main House-
• Spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining area and kitchen.
• Living room has a huge rock fireplace,70" inch flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating.
• Well-equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances
• Master suite with a King size bed and private bathroom
• Master bathroom with dual vanity and step in shower
• 2nd bedroom with two twin beds.
• Hall bathroom with step-in shower.
• Dining table comfortably seats 8.

-Guest Suite-
• Sits between the main house and the garage has a separate outside entrance off the courtyard.
• 2 queen-size beds and a trundle day bed that makes into 2 twin beds
• 55" flat screen TV
• Full bathroom with a step-in shower.
• This suite also has its own microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
• Washer and Dryer for guest use located in laundry closet in this suite.

-Detached Suite-
• The other separate suite is located at the back of the courtyard and has a huge picture window with great ocean views.
• King size bed and a twin bed
• Fireplace for cozy nights in
• Bathroom with a tub/shower combo
• 55” Smart TV and a wet bar with a microwave, wine fridge, and coffee maker.

• Patio on the ocean side of the main house where you will enjoy 180 degree views from Morro Bay to Cayucos with a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table and 2 rocking chairs.
• Garage converts into a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and a full-size refrigerator
• Beach Toys, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and boogie boards at your disposal
• You can park 2 cars in the garage and there is parking for 4 more cars in the driveway.

No Smoking and No Pets. This is Strictly enforced.

Please note: Access to the beach through the dunes in front of the house is restricted to protect the snowy plover nesting areas. You can access the beach via paths at either end of the block (Sienna or Easter Street).

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area.  And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area.  Once you vacation here, you will definitely want to come back! 

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

Having a relaxed time with our family, and friends. Having the opportunity to take my 80 year old brother with us. He is confined to a wheel chair due to a stroke. The house was perfect for this matter.

The home has such a comfortable feel, and accommodates larger groups well. There is plenty of room for the entire group to gather, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable as well. We used the patio several times, and it added yet another pleasant living space! The location to the beach was perfect for us, even though we had to detour around the plover nesting sites. We will definitely be back!!

3015 Beachcomber was lovely. Lots of comfortable space for everyone, beautiful views of the ocean, just a short trail to the water, facility included everything we needed. The property was clean, great location, lots of good information about the property and the area. We enjoyed the ocean the most. How near we were, could walk there in about 2 minutes. Quicker if not for snowy plover nesting season.

Wonder large compound for families. Together but separate. Three families shared the property. We were able to fellowship for meals and games and then we were able to retire to separate bedrooms. The children enjoyed the court yard, foose ball, and ping ball table

40th birthday couples getaway The view was incredible. The property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and it was so great for each room to have its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely go back.
