With a dock and waterfront walkway access, you'll feel completely connected to the charm of the bay. This lower-level, ADA-compliant unit is fully equipped for relaxation, and yes! Your well-behaved pup is welcome too! And if this condo is booked, don’t worry, we have more just like it available in the same boutique complex.

• The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.
• Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed.
• Full bathroom has a large roll in shower with a bench seat.
• There is also a half bathroom
• Private garage for 1 vehicle to park (please note garage clearance of 6’9", not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street).

Managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, this condo is sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a carefree coastal escape.

No Smoking. Dogs allowed and must comply with pet policy, 1 Dog under 40lbs allowed in this unit. Daily pet fees apply.
Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted.

Morro Bay is bursting with adventure, from tide pooling, kayaking, and biking to wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Don’t forget to check out the local art galleries, farmers' markets, and festive seasonal events while you’re here. Once you experience life on the bay, you’ll be planning your return before you even leave.

Please note: While this unit is ADA accessible, the shared guest laundry facility is located on the second floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
Lock all doors and windows
Return any provided keys as instructed
If your reservation includes a pet:
Clean up all pet messes, including waste in the yard or outdoor areas
Properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor trash bins
If pet waste is not cleaned up, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

What I liked most about the property was the calming atmosphere and great view from the living and dining room. I could eat my dinner at the dining table while looking outside and seeing all the boats. Great location, very clean, easy to find, Beautiful views from the living room, bedroom and patio deck.

This was the best-designed unit for someone with mobility issues and also among the best-stocked places we have stayed ever. We have stayed in many VRBO-like properties, and often must supply essentials ourselves. This unit had everything we needed - we didn't even run out of toilet paper! The view from the unit is outstanding and we loved the location. We loved Morro Bay, the unit (and the parking garage!), and everything about our stay. We will be back.
