Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.

However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

Featuring big picture windows from the living room, dining, and kitchen area, this home offers endless views of the Pacific Ocean and Morro Rock. This beautiful and comfortably decorated home has brand new furniture throughout, as well as a lustrous gas fireplace, that will quickly take the coastal chill away as you settle in for a cozy evening. The front patio is well equipped with patio furniture essentials as well. There is an enclosed back yard area with a full-size Weber propane gas grill to BBQ your meals outside and enjoy dining on the large patio table. Beach access from this home is easy and quick –across the street, walk down the well-beaten path that skirts along the state park until you reach Morro Strand State beach in a couple of minutes!

  • Living room with 55” Smart TV, comfy seating, and heat efficient gas fireplace
  • Master suite has a king-size bed, a large flat screen smart TV, a very comfortable lounge chair/futon that converts into a single bed (1 of the 8 sleeping spots for this home), a large dresser and a walk-in closet.
  • Master en-suite bathroom has a large step-in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room.
  • 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, big dresser and opens to a bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway.
  • Hall Bath (accessible from 2nd bedroom) has a step in shower.
  • 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and also offers a separate, cozy room adjacent to it where there is a 3rd twin bed (this room can be closed off for some privacy if you want).
  • 3rd bath is a private bathroom off the 3rd bedroom with a bathtub and low mounted shower head with a hand wand (please note, the wand is not located overhead).
  • Very well-equipped Kitchen
  • Ping Pong table in the double car garage. Additional parking in the driveway.
  • Washer and Dryer for guest use
  • Front patio with 2 lounge chairs, a loveseat and a bistro table with 4 chairs, all with matching cushions

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

Just a reiteration of above....Beach-N-Bay Getaways was clear in their communication. They called shortly after I had reserved the date and went over the rules, which was a nice extra touch. The communication at the entry with COVID information, and house rules were really thorough.

We picked a rough time to go to the Beachcomber house, during the fires and with all the smoke. The house is very comfortable, with great views when the smoke dissipates. The location is really great...close to hwy 1 but a lot closer to the beach. We enjoyed just watching people walk their dog. Thankfully the motor home venue across the street is closed due to COVID I imagine, but honestly, the way it is located, I can't imagine there ever being a problem and the views from this house are almost 180 degrees and that only is a small portion of the view. The kitchen is very well stocked. Two of the beds appear to be memory foam and while I didn't sleep in either of those, my kids said they were very comfortable. I was a little worried about no air/heat, but of course you don't need air close to the beach and the fireplace really does the trick. A huge tv made for fun with games we played on our Nintendo Switch. The only thing I found upon first stepping in the place was a mustiness. But that cleared quickly once we were in there for a while. The pingpong table is a nice amenity and the barbecue is a Weber, so really good there. I would definitely recommend this place; and the location can't be beat.

True Paradise The views are breathtaking! The property is absolutely better than the pictures. Plenty of room. Open concept for entertaining. Magnificent sunsets. Easy enough beach access. Had a wonderful 4 day mini family reunion!!! Would definatley come back.

This house is amazing! It was my mom's 70th birthday in October and she wanted all her kids together on the beach. She and I traveled from Iowa, while my brothers came from California and we met here. There was 7 of us total. There was plenty of space for us to sleep with comfortable beds, and plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had just enough towels. The neighborhood was gorgeous and we felt very safe and welcome. The weather was perfect and the stars at night were breathtaking! Yes, there is a campground right across the street, but it doesn't detour from the beauty of the place. The walk from the street to the beach was a bit longer than expected. My mother wasn't able to make it down the steep slope so we had to pack everyone in the car and drive down to Morro Rock where there was easier beach access. It would have been nice to know this before hand.
