This large and inviting five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is perched right above the sand with sweeping ocean views that stretch from north of Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Rock. Whether you’re watching the waves roll in, grilling with a view, or gathering around the fire pit after dark, this home is made for moments you’ll want to relive again and again. With multiple outdoor gathering spaces, lovely light-filled rooms, and an unbeatable location, this home is the ideal spot for families, friends, and all your favorite people to vacation together.

Cayucos by-the-Sea is located on California’s scenic Central Coast, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Cayucos sits quietly between the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hillsides of open ranchland and is what some people call "the last of the California beach towns." Listen to the quiet and stillness that only a small town in an untouched countryside can provide. Cayucos is the perfect remedy for those who suffer from the ills and frustrations of life in the fast lane in our crowded cities. Peaceful, underdeveloped ranchlands with cattle grazing on undulating, oak-crested hills provide a respite for the city weary.
Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks:
In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

- Upstairs Bedroom 1 & 2 each offer a Queen size bed and a shared bathroom.
- Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared between bedrooms 1 & 2 with a lovely step in shower and large vanity
- Upstairs bedroom 3 with Queen sized bed and tv
- Downstairs bedroom 4 with king sized bed, please note you must walk through this bedroom to get to the 5th bedroom
- Downstairs bedroom 5 with 2 double beds
- Downstairs bathroom recently fully remodeled with a step in shower and large vanity, shared between downstairs bedrooms.
- Downstairs den with a TV, bar area, and high-top table with seating, the ultimate hangout zone. The den also offers additional sleeping space.

- Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
- Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
- Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
- Lock all doors and windows
- Return any provided keys as instructed
