- Living room with flat screen TV, fireplace and queen sized sleeper sofa
- Den with large sofa, 55" big screen TV, a great view and can be closed off from the living room
- Master bedroom is very private and luxurious with a king sized bed
- Master bathroom with a large bath tub and separate step-in shower. Note that the tub is just a soaking tub and the jets are non-operational.
- 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and access to back patio
- 3rd bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed
- 4th bedroom with a queen-sized bed and half bathroom. This bedroom is located in the garage and the half bath has limited privacy from the bedroom.
- Ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage

Loved the proximity to the beach (though access was a bit more challenging than expected) & the easy commute to towns & wine country. Loved the dining room large sturdy table w/ sturdy chairs for eating, playing games, doing puzzle on the other end. Rooftop deck was pretty awesome. We 4 enjoyed our stay together and would certainly consider returning to this property. Could not have had better weather either!

The best part is the location, half a block from a great beach and on a cute and quiet street. The house is very spacious, clean, well stocked, and in an unbeatable location steps from a beautiful beach

My extended family had a wonderful 2 week stay in Morro Bay. The property floor plan worked out well for our group (the teenager liked the privacy the garage bedroom offered). We all enjoyed the garage games and rooftop patio. I was surprised with how quiet the location was. The cul de sac felt safe and neighbors were friendly. We loved walking to the beach and riding our bikes to the tide pools.

Spacious well maintained house. One block from the beach, a wonderful roof patio for a view and get togethers. Our only complaint about this house is that there is only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms with the other bathroom accessible only through the master bedroom. There is a 1/2 bath in the garage with only a silk screen partition which isn't really useful.

House was perfect. Down for an annual golf trip. This is the 3rd house I have rented from Beach Getaways, and it was great. Love the rooftop patio, and the kitchen had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again
