Nick and Maggie were both very successful corporate professionals for over 30 years and developed exceptional organizational, communication and management skills that they apply to the business every day. 

      Nick had a professional career in finance and sales working with Fortune 100 companies in both New York and San Francisco. Nicks success was based largely on his outstanding sales and negotiating skills and his application of leading-edge technology.

      Maggie worked in the telecommunications industry as an information technology professional working with national and international clients. Her primary responsibility was to understand the clients issues and needs then implement system solutions that addressed these.

They purchased a home in the Morro Bay area in 2002 and managed it as a vacation rental until they moved to the area in 2005.  They also own a home in Sunriver, Oregon that they still operate as a vacation rental. They chose to do their own property management because they felt none of the property management companies would provide their customers with the attention and responsiveness that they wanted to offer.  Nick and Maggie bring this same level of attention and commitment to the properties they manage, the homeowners they serve and their rental customers.
